Information For Authors
IMPORTANT NOTICE:
Only Registered Users can Submit Articles.
Users must Check as Author during Registration.
IJCNIS publishes four issues per year in March, June, September, and December.
We welcome original, previously unpublished research papers, reviews, surveys, tutorial papers, case studies, and short research letters. Manuscripts should be in English and, except for surveys, ideally range from 5000 to 6000 words in length. Submissions must include the following four attachments: 1) Manuscript title containing author(s) information, affiliation, email, and ORCID; 2) Original manuscript; 3) Plagiarism report; and 4) AI report. The manuscript should adhere to the IEEE referencing style and follow the structure of the research article with Introduction, Related Work, Methodology, Results and Discussion, and Conclusion. Manuscripts should be submitted in (doc) format through the Journal's online submission system, following the journal-specific format and requiring registration. Each paper will be provided with a paper ID for reference. All manuscripts will undergo a fair, unbiased peer review and refereeing process based on significance, novelty, and usefulness to the journal's readership. The review outcome will be either acceptance or rejection and once rejected, a paper will not be considered again for review. The review process is expected to take approximately two months. For accepted papers requiring minor changes, the revised version should be submitted within one month upon request.
